Guided by the experience and discipline of Maya as a national team boxer and Kickboxing Blackbelt with 18 years of combat sport experience, Maya and Nicolas established Full Armor Boxing to bridge the gap between high-level ring performance and community fitness.

 

We build armor that isn’t worn, but earned—forging bodies that are resilient, minds that are focused, and a community that fights for excellence together.

Women's Fitness Class

A women-only, 1-hour fitness class designed to build strength, confidence, and community. Each session focuses on specific muscle groups to help you get stronger and see progress, followed by guided stretching to support recovery and mobility. All fitness levels are welcome in this supportive, encouraging environment.

Kickboxing is a very beneficial sport for Kids.

It helps them to strengthen their bodies, it also helps them improve self-confidence, teaches self-defence, respect and discipline.

Fitness Boxing

In our Fitness Boxing workouts we

combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with no-contact boxing techniques like jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and coordination.

Boxing

Is a great full body workout.

You will significantly improve cardiovascular endurance, core strength, balance, and hand-eye coordination.

It also builds extreme mental toughness, discipline, and self-confidence while reducing stress.
